Who qualifies for these workers’ compensation safety groups?

To qualify, a business must be a member of the Texas Construction Association or one of TCA’s member organizations (dues may vary). There are two Texas Construction safety groups. In general, the TCA group is for subcontractors, and TCS is for wholesale and retail suppliers.
